Danielle is excited to share her passion for joyful movement. As a health care professional by day, she values all components of a healthy lifestyle and has a comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology. She strives to inspire others and support them wherever they are at. Whether participants are interested in improving their health and wellness through gaining flexibility and strength, recovering from an injury or are simply beginning an exercise regime for the first time.
Danielle is a certified 200 YTT yoga instructor with additional training in prenatal, post natal and baby yoga.
