Yoga Classes

Yoga is an ancient practice that involves physical poses (asanas), deep breathing and meditation principals. The term "Yoga" does from the Sanskrit UNION, this is undeniably fitting to describe its philosophy and community practices. Yoga today, is more commonly described as a Spiritual discipline which focuses on the wellness of both body and mind.˙. Yoga is a process, which is why you often hear it referred to as a practice.
Yoga is more widely becoming a recognized therapeutic tool for many physical and mental conditions.
The benefits of yoga are endless, physically strengthening the body, improving balance and flexibility . Yoga can also help with digestion, improve energy/mood, reduce stress, decrease anxiety, chronic pain, can reduce inflammation, and improve heart health
